Giant Stuffed Octopus by Spooky Daddy

Posted on October 10th, 2008.

Spooky Daddy is one heck of a softie-maker. His work is graphic, colourful, clever and incredibly imaginative.

He has posted a rough tutorial on how to make this wonderful Giant Octopus:

There are no pattern pieces but if you have an understanding of the basic softie-making steps, you’ll be able to work through each step.

I used this octopus as inspiration for a 3rd birthday gift for my friend’s son.

Did some of my own pattern adjusting, and made it so the ends of the tentacles curl :D
